This report provides the latest estimates from the Meteorological Synthesising Centre - West (Msc-W) in support of the objectives and requirements of EMEP, and its obligations under the Convention and the Protocols concerning acidifying substances. In striving to inform, and recognising the biological criteria established by the Oslo Protocol, the report also compares sulphur estimates with critical loads expressed as critical depositions. Six main parts : - The Lagrangian Acid Deposition Model ; - Sulphur and Nitrogen Emissions ; - Meteorological Data ; - The Comparison with Measurments ; - Current Estimates of Transboundary Pollution.
